Summer Sunrise Yoga Series

Welcome the season with our Summer Sunrise Series! Every Sunday for eight weeks this Summer we will gather at 7:30am for a one hour practice led by our amazing instructors Hannah and M’Lynn.

These classes will be rooted in hatha yoga movement meaning you will find integration of body, breath, and mind through different postures, breathwork, and meditative practices. Class will focus on foundational poses, alignment, and connection between body, mind, and spirit. These classes are a space to learn together, move together, and grow together.  If along the way you develop strength, flexibility, perspective, and get some belly laughs-that’s a lovely bonus! Bring a yoga mat if you’ve got one and we will see you Sunday!

About your instructors:

M’Lynn is a Prescott native who has been teaching movement classes rooted in Hatha yoga since 2015. You may have picked up a class from her around town in the last ten years. If so, you know she is usually ready for a laugh and absolutely covered in dog hair.  In her classes you can expect highly cued instruction, mind/body/heart integration, and a sense of coming home to the body. Her practice gives her a place to return when life is too much, too little, and just right-allowing the mind, body, and heart to come together and move in peace with each other. This is a gift she would like to share with all who seek a little softness for themselves and the world around them.

Hannah:

“Yoga holds a special place in my heart and life. I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and teaching for 5. My practice has helped me connect with myself, the earth, and those around me on a whole new level. It does my body, mind, and spirit so much good. Outside of the studio you can find me reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with my family.”
